Fonts, Fonts and More Fonts!
Yes, in recent years finding fonts outside of retail media was tough. I remember times I would scour the Internet for hours to find a decent font for a project, however, times have changed for those of us who don’t have or want to drop dime on font libraries: dafont.com . This is my dirty little secret satisfying my font lusts.
dafont has provided an exceptional publishing point for several years for font-makers/typographers to publish their work. Most fonts are free, some are shareware, some PD/GPL or have conditions and almost all are readily downloadable in both Windows and Macintosh formats. Just about every font I use at this point, comes directly from this primarily royalty-free website (check license information above each download link).
dafont is easily navigated and intuitive. There is a customization feature built into the interface that allows you to write specific text and see the fonts in the category of selection spelled out in it. It is simple, it is convenient and it is a blessing to those of us that sometimes struggle to work out a definitive look in our content header text, to draw the eye without creating a custom font specifically for that project.

Excuse This Intrusion…
Usually I only comment on SEO blogs, topics like keyword research and how to geo-target keywords, but anyways there was something about your posts that intrigued me. That’s it. Have a nice day. Ron Jacobs.
